FORTIFY means ‘to make something stronger, especially in order to protect it’.
Movement is about so much more than burning calories and in this new class we will challenge cognitive heath, balance, bone health, motor skills, reflexes and the nervous system (use it or lose it!).
Using a range of functional movements this workout will improve strength, flexibility and heart health. It will also help to improve posture, mobility, joint problems and tone your body.
Suitable for ages and abilities
